Do you offer warranty?
AB Windows & Doors warranties its product against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year including parts & labor from date of receiving merchandise, 5 years warranty on glass. In addition, all our products come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty that is extended to the current owner of the home (transferable). To check the Warranty for specific product, please check the manufacturer’s warranty.
Do you have a showroom?

Are the products Energy Code Compliant?
All AB Windows and Doors products are NFRC certified/labeled and many are designed to meet the strictest compliance measures in North America (e.g. Title-24, etc).
Are AB Windows and Doors products weather rated?
With few exceptions, all AB Windows and Doors products are for exterior use with varying degrees of performance depending on the location/climate. Careful consideration should be taken to evaluate the appropriate products for your home’s location.

How are AB Windows and Doors created and delivered?
All our window and door systems are complete and ready for installation. Window and door panels are typically delivered curbside on palettes and metal frames, and require them to be carried onto the jobsite, requiring multiple people.
Who can install AB Window and Door systems?
All our products come with “Installation Instructions”. Following these instructions is required for a correct installation and to maintain product warranty. Installation or service work should only be performed by licensed professionals.
